How to Install pvrg-jpeg software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pvrg-jpeg software package provides Stanford PVRG JPEG tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pvrg-jpeg

pvrg-jpeg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pvrg-jpeg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pvrg-jpeg *

You will get with pvrg-jpeg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
